Basic Compatibility
This filter set is fully compatible with the Erbauer EWDV40L 40L industrial-grade wet-dry vacuum cleaner. Its structure with a clamp lid and steel inner grid precisely matches the filter compartment of the original model, allowing direct installation and replacement without additional modification.
Filtration Performance
It is a HEPA-grade high-efficiency filter that can intercept fine dust particles as small as 0.3μm. Its maximum penetration rate meets the H-level dustproof standard, preventing secondary overflow of fine dust during vacuuming operations, and is suitable for multi-dust scenarios such as construction sites and workshops.
Matching Accessories
The VFF51 cleaning brush included in the set can directly clean the accumulated dust on the filter surface, extending the service life of the filter without the need to purchase additional cleaning tools.
Preparation
Turn off the vacuum cleaner and unplug it from the power supply. Take out the compatible EVAC001 HEPA filter set, and confirm that the clamp lid, steel inner grid and VFF51 cleaning brush are all complete.
Remove the Old Filter
Open the lock of the vacuum cleaner's dust compartment, take out the dust bucket, release the fixing buckle of the old filter, pull the old filter vertically out of the compartment, and seal the discarded filter in a garbage bag to avoid dust scattering.
Clean the Filter Compartment
Use the included VFF51 cleaning brush to clean the floating dust remaining on the inner wall of the filter compartment and the installation base. You can wipe it with a dry rag, and do not rinse the motor part directly with water.
Install the New Filter
Place the new HEPA filter steadily into the base slot, align the steel inner grid and put it on the outside of the filter, fasten the top clamp lid, and confirm that all parts are securely engaged without looseness.
Reset and Test
Put back the dust bucket and lock the compartment cover buckle. Power on and run the vacuum cleaner for 1 minute to confirm that the suction is normal and there is no air leakage or abnormal noise, which means the replacement is completed.
It is recommended to perform the replacement operation in a ventilated area to avoid inhaling the raised dust.
This filter is not washable. For daily maintenance, only use the matching cleaning brush to clean the floating dust on the surface, and replace the whole filter when it is severely clogged.
