Once we have determine your exact needs our engineering team conducts conceptual design and engineering solutions to deliver rapid prototyping or first article filter samples designed specifically to fit and perform in your equipment and/or appliance.
Once proper filter media selection for your application has been determined, pre-production QC filters are manufactured and tested to ensure filters meet your exact specifications and performance criteria is met prior to final production.

MINKANG will provide the highest filter efficiencies available in non-woven filter media technology ranging from 95% to < 99.97% @ 0.3 micron with pressure drops lower than today’s non-woven medias.

Critical OEM Air Filters are designed and engineered to meet airflow ranges from 1 to 5000 SCFM.
Filter efficiencies range from prefilters starting at 60% ASHRAE with final filters ranging from 99.97% HEPA at 0.3 micron down to ULPA at 99.99995% @ 0.12 microns in particle size.
